These are custom made 3D printed air deflectors. This product is currently patent pending. This 3D print is a Snap-On to the existing plastic housing (fairing). No tools or drilling needed for installation. This air deflector set was designed to support maximum airflow output off of the radiator as well as protect the rider from the heat the radiator gives off all while still maintaining that beautiful curved design of the Tiger look.

 The material is ASA plastic that matches the same plastic that the bike fairing is made of. This material is specifically made to be UV resistant while still being heat tolerant. ASA plastic is made so it can be outside and withstand outside elements.

What tools are needed to install these?

None! No tools or tape required to install. These clip on and stay securely in place without any tools or hardware. 

Can I use these if I have crash bars installed on my bike? 

Yes, If you have the OEM crash bars from Triumph these air deflectors can be installed around them without having to remove the crash bars from your bike to install our Claw Air Deflectors. 

Other aftermarket crash bars may need to be removed before install or items may need to be modified by you to fit. (Please only modify your air deflectors if you have the skills to do so. Please see our review or contact us directly to see how other customers have modified their Claw Air Deflectors) 

Does my height affect me using this item?

Why is the cost so high for this if it's a 3D printed item?

We base our cost on multiple things that include but are not limited to; time to design as well as manufacture, cost of materials (plastic, shipping materials, ect.), machine maintenance and processing cost. It took countless hours over a 9 month period to come up with the final design that is easy to snap requires zero tools and a minimal skill set. One side of the Claw Air Deflectors take roughly 20 hours to print that means each set takes roughly 40 hours to just print! That does not include processing and packaging for shipment.
